SISVEL invites all parties with a patent they consider to be essential to the CDMA2000 standard to submit their patent(s) for an evaluation of essentiality by independent patent experts retained by SISVEL.

SISVEL is in the final stages of structuring a joint licensing program with a number of patent holders to make essential CDMA2000 patents easily accessible to all users on fair, reasonable, and non-discriminatory terms.  Please note, however, that patent evaluation will be available on an ongoing basis for additional patent holders wishing to join.
